I have had the last straw today. Its homecoming week at my school and it sucks no one to go to the dance with. Anyway some kid yelled at me for no reason today I beat this kids ass in 7th grade and he thinks hes tougher now. I dont like people like this kid thinks hes a psychopath and isnt hes a dumbass hillbilly p.o.s. He called me a Yankee today. I mean technically Im from the south but im not of Rebel blood...So i took it.
I told him I am not afraid of anything he made a comeback and said by the time im done with you ill make you afraid of me. I said the only thing i AM afraid of is dying at the point of an Iraqi soldiers gun in which I would never let that happen. If I got badly injured during ANY war I would have another soldier on my squad kill me and not make me suffer. People shessh they way they could act...

My week has been pretty good! Can't believe that, usually there not good, just the weekends are good, the week is sometimes really bad only b/c I have to baby-sit my baby cousin, every week! Sorry you feel so sad. I hope it passes soon.
If you're thinking of joining the Military, I'd advise you to study some Martial Arts. "Aiki-jujitsu" (and "AIKIDO", of course) were my main styles, and I'd recommend them highly.
As for getting fit - swimming, off-road cycling, and rock-climbing are excellent. Train for endurance and flexibility, rather than big muscles, which actually hinder a Martial Artist.

I forgot to mention, you'll need to train slowly at first so you don't hurt yourself.
BTW, when I was at my peak (and in full-time training), I trained for 6 hours five days every week. It was tough.
